Ok so she may still have her scrawny body-a-la-moment underneath this dress but L. Lohan is looking rather hot here.

Even her hair is doing something different.
I'm so glad she roughed up this dress a bit with those semi-opaques and green/blue heels.
And check out that rack. (Forget for a second that if you took that dress away those melons would drop like a sack of pomme-de-terres..)
